Donations to the Syracuse Professionals Chapter will be used toward construction costs on our projects in Las Majadas, Guatemala.

We have started a Spring 2015 fundraiser to partially fund our Guatemala project!
Guatemala Project Cost Breakdown
- $5,930 for material & equipment
- $500 for Local Labor
- $1,210 for EWB-USA Project Review/Oversight Fees
- $26,000 for Travel and Logistics of 12 team members (anticipated to be two teams of 6 to span the construction duration of the project)
- Total Cost: $33,640
Our short-term fundraising goal is $7,640, which will cover all project costs except travel and logistics. We are aiming to raise an additional $2,340 before May 1, 2015. Current status:
How to Donate
Go to the official fundraising page for our Spring Drive and make a tax-deductible donation. We are setting up a variety of engaging fundraising events to spread awareness about the Guatemala project.
The most current event is our April 17, 2015 Karaoke and Korean Food Night at Tokyo Seoul on Erie Blvd, Syracuse, NY. If you are planning to go to dinner please follow the instructions on the event’s Facebook page: EWB Karaoke Night to RSVP. If you are just coming for drinks and Karaoke, please make your donation to the Spring Drive on the official fundraising page.
